The tricky part is finding the link, and it is two clicks. We explain it below.
Search for your business on Google or Maps while signed in as the owner, press «Ask for reviews» and copy the link.
Write your text («Leave us a review!», the name of the place…), pick the filament colours and add your logo if you like.
Download the 3MF, print it without supports and place it on the counter, next to the till or on every table.
Asking for the review right there, phone in hand, is what actually works.
On each table or next to the card reader, right when the customer has finished and is happy.
At the pay desk, the moment the client looks in the mirror pleased.
When you hand back the car or the repaired device.
At reception, on the way out.
At reception or on the room desk, at check-out.
Next to the till, receipt in hand.
The same stand works for the menu: change the link and the text.
A second stand with your profile, to gain followers on the spot.
The good one is the link Google gives you under «Ask for reviews» (usually starting with g.page or maps.app.goo.gl): it opens the review box directly. The plain listing link drops people on your profile and they have to hunt for the button.
At 70 mm of code the stand is about 8 cm wide and readable from a seat. Tilted at 45°, it scans without anyone picking it up.
The code faces upwards and the back never goes past 45°, so it comes out clean with no support material. You do need a multi-colour printer: because the face is tilted, the layer filament-change trick does not apply.
You may ask customers for reviews, but you cannot offer anything in exchange or only ask the happy ones: Google forbids both and can penalise your listing.
Search for your business on Google or Maps using the account that manages it, open your Business Profile and press «Ask for reviews». Google gives you a short link ready to paste here.
Yes. Upload it in the design section and it appears in the middle of the code, raised as well. Since the relief is a single colour, the logo becomes a silhouette.
Yes, as long as you do not offer discounts or gifts in exchange and do not ask only the satisfied customers. Both go against Google's rules.
With the default size it is roughly 8 cm wide and 7 cm tall. You can change it with the size slider; the tool shows the final measurements.
The stand needs a multi-colour printer because the code sits on a tilted face. With one nozzle, use the wall plaque or the keychain instead: there you can change filament at a given height.
Yes. It is the same stand: paste the link to your digital menu and change the text to «Our menu».
No. The tool is free, with no account and no download limit, commercial use included.
The same generator, set up for each use.
